The role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join YMCA Cheshire‘s supported housing service. This role provides trauma-informed, person-centred support to families and individuals living in safe, self-contained accommodation. You’ll deliver tailored support plans focused on safety, independence, wellbeing and resettlement, as well as work with partner agencies to support recovery and stability.

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week

About you

  • Experience supporting survivors of domestic abuse or families.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations professionally.
  • Good IT and record keeping skills.
