The role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join YMCA Cheshire‘s supported housing service. You will help ensure the safety, wellbeing, and smooth running of a 7-bed supported accommodation service. Duties include promoting resident wellbeing, managing out-of-hours referrals, responding to crisis situations, completing administrative tasks, and maintaining a safe environment for residents.

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week

About you

  • Enthusiasm for supporting people to thrive
  • Experience working in domestic abuse services or supported accommodation
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and risk management
  • Calm and decisive under pressure
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
