The role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join YMCA Cheshire‘s supported housing service, providing person-centred, trauma-informed support alongside effective housing management for survivors of domestic abuse. You will work closely with residents to help them rebuild confidence, stabilise their lives, and develop skills for independent living.

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week

About you

  • Experience supporting survivors of domestic abuse or individuals with complex needs
  • Understanding of trauma-informed practice and safeguarding principles
  • Confidence managing risk and high-risk cases
  • Ability to build trusting professional relationships with clear boundaries
  • Resilient, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
