The role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join YMCA Cheshire.

YMCA Cheshire is a well-established charity, providing accommodation for people who have experienced homelessness with a 69 bed supported housing project in Gresty Road and other flats and houses in the area.

The Housing Coach role is crucial to the work we do at our main accommodation at Gresty Road.

Working Pattern: 40 hours a week

About you

• Able to employ a range of approaches to engage people.
• Ability to value differences in team members and work together effectively.
• Enthusiasm for others thriving.
