Life Skills and Engagement Coach

The role

YMCA Thames Gateway Group is recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Life Skills and Engagement Coach to join their housing team.

You will hold a level 2 qualification (minimum) in youth work, housing or similar, and have the ability to foster safe and supportive relationships with young people.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and deliver engaging and interactive activities to improve life skills.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Sunday)

About you

• A good basic level of numeracy and literacy skills.
• Possess a Level 2 qualification in Youth Work, Housing or a similar area, and the ability to work towards a level 3.
