The role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join YMCA East Surrey.

YMCA Sovereign Centre is looking for a candidate to manage and coordinate all services within the Lifeworks Learning Hub, ensuring they are high-quality, innovative, and safe and meeting the learning needs and outcomes of the students and users who access them.

Working Pattern: 35 hours per week

About you

• Able to plan the delivery of services and learning topics areas, connecting with the local community to offer broad, stimulating, and fun opportunities.
• Conduct assessments of student places, ensuring we meet their needs by delivering unique learning experiences with evidenced outcomes achievement, including transition work at key stages and partnership work with key professionals.   
• Ensure that all young people feel valued and enabled to develop and improve self-esteem, life skills, self-confidence and positive experiences.
